In addition to its investment team of over 45 employees, OWS has over 50 employees dedicated to accounting, operations, legal, compliance, tax, technology, and other non-investment functions, creating an environment with strong internal controls and operational risk management.

We believe that OWS’s proprietary models and risk systems reflect our expertise and substantial investment in infrastructure. Our models and systems facilitate analyzing trade opportunities and capture portfolio risk measures across a wide range of fundamental and market scenarios.

OWS’s extensive business management infrastructure provides robust operational support and customized client solutions.  The firm has established internal controls, which seek to manage operational risk, including valuation, liquidity, counterparty relationships, and trade allocations.  We complete an annual SOC I Type II review.
