Stephanie Dolan

Chief Financial Officer, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Stephanie Dolan is responsible for the oversight of financial affairs, reporting and banking activities of the firm and the fund’s General Partner entities, and is also a member of the firm’s Risk and Valuation Committees.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dolan was a Managing Director with Lehman Brothers where she was Controller of the Investment Management Division. In this capacity, Ms. Dolan was responsible for budgeting, financial reporting and accounting and overall finance-related activities of the division, which included the private client, asset management, hedge fund and private equity businesses.

Previously, Ms. Dolan held various finance management roles within the capital markets division, including oversight of fixed income and equities divisional reporting, product profitability and budgeting, and legal entity reporting. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Ms. Dolan worked as a manager in Arthur Andersen’s audit practice working with banking, hedge fund and mutual fund clients. Ms. Dolan graduated with a B.A. from Siena College.
