FRANK PREZIOSO

Frank Prezioso is a Senior Portfolio Manager of the firm. He is responsible for the firm’s Private Market and Special Situation investment activity. Mr. Prezioso is a member of the firm’s Investment Steering Team. Mr. Prezioso joined the firm from Lehman Brothers where he was Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Principal Finance Business and a member of Lehman Brothers’ Global Structured Finance Commitments Committee. Earlier in his career, Mr. Prezioso was with a boutique investment banking firm focused on merchant banking opportunities in the specialty finance sector and began his career at Prudential Securities in its capital markets division. Mr. Prezioso received a B.A. from Yale University and holds an M.B.A from Columbia University.
