Crystal Frumberg

Chief Financial Officer, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Crystal Frumberg joined One William Street Capital Management as Chief Financial Officer in 2025. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial affairs, reporting, and banking activities, as well as those of the fund’s General Partner entities. She is also a member of the firm’s Risk and Valuation Committees.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Frumberg served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Sound Point Capital Management. Previously, she was an Assistant Vice President in the accounting department at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. She began her career at Ernst & Young, where she was a Manager in the Assurance/Financial Services Office.

Mrs. Frumberg holds a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York State.
